The Assunta 40 system is suitable for cabinets with 1, 2 or 3 moving panels. The total weight of the moving panels must not exceed 40 kg. At normal door thicknesses (18 ... 25 mm) and cabinet widths up to and exceeding 2 m can be achieved. Due to the 2 separate drive motors, the system is independent of the width of the cabinet. The control unit is compact and 'can' be accommodated in the technical area.

Assembled system

The Assunta 40 system consists of two motor modules each connected to the bottom panel by a belt. Both pull up the panel 'synchronously'. Gradually, the bottom panel carries along the next panel, which in turn carries along the next panel until all the panels disappear behind the fixed panel. The doors are guided upwards via the special guide blocks which run in the milled grooves in the side walls.

Easy assembly

All components are placed on top of the panels. No more slots or grooves need to be created. The complete assembly of the system is limited to suspending the drive modules, fitting the panels with the accessories and connecting the belts to the bottom panel.

Quick

The panels move at high speed. The panels can move faster due in part to the standard deceleration points. The cabinet opens and closes in a minimum of time, which benefits the ease of use.

Silent

The noise produced is very limited and never exceeds the normal level of a living room. This is made possible because of the sound insulation and sound absorption materials that are used in many areas. The motor unit is also installed in a noise-absorbing manner.

Easily adjustable

The guide wheels can be adjusted not only in height but also in depth. This allows the panels to be perfectly aligned in the plane of the cabinet. In addition, the guide slots have the same depth everywhere, which allows for a smooth adjustment.

Intelligent control

The control module offers many options. The setting of the deceleration points is fully automatic. The adjustment of the panels in relation to the side walls of the cabinet can be done perfectly electronically. The control displays all relevant information and diagnoses via the 7-segment display.

Naturally suitable for use with surface-mounted panels

When the guide slots are brought as far as possible to the front of the cabinet, the panels are completely outside the body of the cabinet. This allows for easy surface mounted installation. Additional room for manoeuvre can be created using the separately available spacer plates.
